FOUNDER'S STORY

Born and resident in Lisbon, Paulo is an expert in Strategic Foresight, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, with more than 18 years of experience in these fields.

 

In the last seven years he has held the position of General Director for Economy and Innovation at the Lisbon City Council, responsible for the areas of Economy, Investment, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Strategic Clusters. In the last years he has been very active in several academic activities in the fields of Foresight, Scenario Planning, Strategy and Innovation, including the design and the scientific coordination of a Post-Graduation in “Foresight, Strategy and Innovation”, and the executive programs “Futures, Strategic Design and Innovation” at IDEFE/ ISEG – Lisboa School of Management and Economics / Lisbon University. 
 

Paulo has a PhD in Management Sciences in the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3. He is graduated in Economics (ISEG), concluded a Master in Economics and Management of Science and Technology (ISEG) and a Master in Foresight and Strategy (Portuguese Institute for Financial and Fiscal Studies.
